Morgan Run is allowing us to have an 8:30 shotgun start. Morgan Run is a private course that has three separate nine hole courses.  There is a wonderful practice facility that will be open to us at 7:30. The cost is $60 and includes your cart. Check the Tournament page soon for sign up dates and more info. You will be able to sign up your own foursomes or add yourself as a single. There will be a Sweeps game that day. You may contact Linda Holmgren for any additional info.

The Turkey Shoot is 11/14.
The format is a two person partner scramble with a maximum 8 stroke differential. This will be a 7:00 shotgun start on North with a general meeting following. Members will be able to sign up as a foursome, two partner groups or just their own twosome that we will put with another pair. Any singles can request partners or be added. What's New
Mission Bay Golf Course / De Anza Revitalization Plan
Since the inception of the De Anza Revitalization Plan, there remains the possibility that the footprint of the golf course could be reduced and/or altered. With so many other stakeholders vying to secure the maximum amount of land possible for their interests, many have been lobbying to eliminate the golf course completely. It is important that San Diego's golf community demonstrate that there is a large and widespread support for the game and for a course to remain in Mission Bay. For more information on the project, go to deanzarevitalizationplan.com

The next meeting of the Mission Bay Park Committee has been postponed to October 3, 2017 .  More on this soon.

Whether you can attend the meeting or not, email communication has been an effective way to show support. You can email Craig Hooker at CHooker@sandiego.gov with your opinions. Craig is in the City’s Planning Department.
